Common sense on the trail

Any adventure in the outdoors carries a certain level of risk. Using some common sense can help minimize the hazards when venturing out on the trail with baby in tow.

> If you don’t feel comfortable handling your stroller on your chosen route, turn around and choose a different one.
> Use a safety tether (usually worn around your wrist) if one is available for your stroller.
> Bring along appropriate protection from the sun or rain for both you and baby.
> Make sure your baby is secured properly as recommended in your stroller’s user guide.
> Pack appropriate water, food and clothing for both baby and yourself.
